Polly Williams

Director of Admission

As Trinity's Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management, Polly's responsibilities include recruiting, enrolling, and re-enrolling students for the Blue House Preschool and Trinity Episcopal School (grades K‑8). She also oversees financial assistance. She serves on Trinity's Leadership team and is currently a member of the Strategic Planning Committee. She has a wonderful husband and two sons who benefitted from independent school education. Both children are gainfully employed, which is a key point for their parents! She loves chocolate cake for breakfast and meatloaf sandwiches.

Bethani Emery

Associate Director of Admission & Enrollment

Bethani is a proud first-generation college graduate. She attended the University of Michigan, where she cheered and studied Linguistics and Ethnic Studies (GO BLUE!). Bethani also attended Texas State University, where she studied Sociology and Psychology. She completed her M.Ed. in Independent School Leadership from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University, where her research focused on developing ambitious teaching and learning models for faculty growth.

Kathy Erben

Admission Associate

Kat moved to Austin in 1990 to attend the University of Texas at Austin. She graduated with a degree in Psychology and Sociology in 1994 and is a proud Longhorn. After graduation, Kat gained over 20 years of experience as an office and client relations manager for a local wealth management firm and was instrumental in growing the firm into a prestigious national brand.

Eleanor Mitchell

Admission Associate

Eleanor has worked in education for over 20 years, as both a teacher and in administration, most recently as a Deputy Head of School, at a private IB school in Austin. She originally hails from London, England, where she was born and bred, and has lived in the United States for over a decade; firstly, in Chicago and now, Austin.
